1. What EV charger power options are available?
Our AC EV chargers are available in 7kW, 11kW and 22kW options for residential, workplace and commercial charging applications. DC charging solutions are also available for commercial and fleet projects.
2. Do your EV chargers support OCPP?
Yes. OCPP is available on selected smart EV charger models for connection with compatible charging management platforms. Please contact us for the supported OCPP version and configuration.
3. Is Dynamic Load Balancing available?
Yes. DLB is available on selected AC EV chargers. It can automatically adjust charging power according to the available electrical load and help prevent the main supply from being overloaded.
4. Can the EV chargers be customized with our brand?
Yes. We provide OEM and ODM support including logo printing, housing color, cable length, connector configuration, packaging and other product options depending on the model and order quantity.
5. What smart functions are available?
Depending on the model, available functions can include APP control, RFID access, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, OCPP and Dynamic Load Balancing.
6. Which certifications are available for your EV chargers?
Certification options depend on the charger model and target market. CE, RoHS and other compliance documents are available for selected products. Please tell us your destination market so we can confirm the suitable model and certification.
7. Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Sample orders are available for product evaluation and testing before a larger order. We can also recommend the most suitable configuration according to your market and application.
8. What information should I provide when requesting a quotation?
